Subject: I have typed for psychiatrists who say delusionality. SM

Psychiatrists often use words such as oppositionality, suicidality, etc. Although delusionality cannot be documented as a word, it is very possible. Like I said, I have typed for a group of psychiatrists over the years, and one doc uses this word. Hope this helps.

A cannula (from Latin "little reed"; plural cannulae) or canula is a tube which can be inserted into the body, often for the delivery or removal of fluid.

It seems that canula is not wrong and can be used, but I believe cannula is preferred. That is my take.
