I guess they could substitue the word 'honey' for that. It is for people that have dysphagia or have a tendency to aspirate when they swallow.

There is inspissation.  Know it's probably too late for any suggestions, but I had a hard time with that one the first time I heard it dictated.

The incisions associated with replacement of the stimulator, in the thoracic incision and the left buttock incision where the generator is, are somewhat tender.  There is no overlying skin reaction.  There is no warmth, no ? food ?collection. 


Could food collection be correct? I have never heard this doctor say this, and he is a mumbler.  Thank you!

this is just in the med list, no real history on the patient.  I've tried all of my resources, but I cannot seem to come up with anything.  Sounds like the same way a doc would dictate Combivent, but it is not that.  I wonder if someone has a link for looking up drugs by the dosage???  long shot, but trying here...  Thanks in advance.
