Subject: I have always, always, always

as it is too easy to confuse this term with T-spine (thoracic spine).  I would expand it to be safe, but I guess you could rely on Stedman's.  I'm not in QA, but I have a lot of experience (many, many years).  I would expand it.  JMO.
