Concha Bullosa A concha bullosa (CB) is a common anatomical variation that occurs when an air pocket forms in the middle turbinate.

Also, I worked in a lab for many years, and gram-negative and gram-positive are not capitalized. Gram is the name of the doctor or scientist who came up with the staining test, Gram stain, so that is capped.

I am also going by my experience from 10 years of operative notes.
I've always used it as 2 words, but new Stedmans makes it into 1 word, videocolonoscope, etc.
