Diagnosis was made of  non-cleaved, non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (SNC lymphoma) with a staging laparotomy with extensive involvement in many sites, treated with CHOP x 16 cycles.  He was restage in January of this year and a _________lesion was seen.  Lymphoma versus pseudocyst.  Now admitted for further chemotherapy with DHAP.

Some patients if they have a lot of disease tend to have a lot of lymphoma in their peripheral blood, and that’s considered like kind of an extra s/l narital site but yours was negative.

I found some articles on the internet that have the word pigmentated (even pigmentated Bowen carcinoma) when I googled, but also found pigmented... Pigmentated is what was dictated, so I'm confused. I too could only find pigmented in my books too and not sure if this is misspelled on the internet. Some of those sources are unreliable.  Thanks for helping.
