He was determined to be unresectable and underwent a choledochojejunostomy, gastrojejunostomy, and enteroenterostomy for diversion." Whew! Any ideas?

That's what I usually encounter at this point in a colonoscopy. I would leave appendiceal and blank cystocele as that is what makes no sense in this study.
