It is listed this way in Saunders Pharmaceutical Word Book, 2007 and also I googled it.

he just can't pronounce it. I have this one guy that's so annoying because he adds extra consonants throughout names and words. I'll be trying to find Dr. Adakariana when it's really Akdaran.
