Squamous cell carcinoma of the lung with metastases, COPD, dyslipidemia, hypertension, history of alcohol of alcoholism in the past, atrial fib-anticoagulated and depression. These are his illnesses and I do not think the abbreviation fits any of these. I think with me being new I should flag it. Thanks MT50 I have bookmarked medilexicon also for further use :)
