there are a variety of preparations that are used to suppress TNF (tumor necrosis factor) that are indicated for conditions besides CA, inflammatory bowel disease being one of them. It could be that he is referring to a group of preparations of that type. Is it pretty clear?

I can find teratoid but that is a tumor. This patient had multiple skull fractures and I cannot find "teragoid" anywhere.. any ideas?
