I'd sell lemonade and deliver papers!
Doc was shuffling papers, so sound might have cut off. If it did, I sure couldn't tell.
He's in NY so I thought the kid might be an actor.

If you're asking whether the sentences look right, most of it looks okay to me, but at the very least, I'd suggest the following changes:
1. BioMed AGC anatomic femoral component, 60 mm, left.
2. BioMed all-poly patellar button, three-post, 34 mm diameter. (you might be able to expand all-polyethylene if okay with account specs).
3. Biomet DCN AGC molded tibial component, interlock finish, posterior stabilized, 12 mm thick x 65 mm wide.
Someone else may do it differently, but this is how I would type it.
BTW, did you mean BioMed on #3, or is it actually Biomet in this case?

It would make a lot of sense given that she is elevating her hand. I tried those keywords you gave and still pulling up nothing. However, it really sounds like she is dictating "Carter pillow" but I had never heard of one before so I really wanted to double check. That most likely has to be it but I'm still debating putting a blank. I'll listen a few more times and most likely use that. Thanks so much! :)
