Surgeon dictates "double-zero" and "triple-zero" curettes. What is consensus on typing these? Type out words or use combinations of 0-0? Can't find definitively in BOS. Thanks for any tips.

I have always typed AAA, as in abdominal aortic aneurysm. I had QA change a report today to read - triple A. Have I been doing this wrong? Which one is correct?

I can't seem to find a good reference to this but it sounds like he's saying "triple scope." Has anyone heard of this or know if I'm hearing right? Here's the context. I'm not sure if this is correct though. Operative reports are pretty new for me.
