Both baseline spirometry and post bronchodilator trials demonstrate moderate reduction in close and volumes. Lung volume is moderately decreased with normal diffusion capacity.

Doctor dictates... Prior to bronchodilator her FVC was 69% predicted and s/l FED-1 was 58% predicted.

The Children’s Apperception Test (CAT) asks the child to create stories to a series of picture S/L: CAUGHT or CUT stimuli which depict cartoon animals in “storybook” scenarios.

I asked a CMT a month ago (friend of mine who used to head a chapter of the AAMT) and she said she thought it was a good question and that she would use 10 to the 5th.

Just 2 opinions here...

Don't know what system you work on....but I think if one uses a function to turn something on, perhaps the same function you used to turn something on would/might turn the function off....

i.e., I use F4 for expansions but if I don't want something expanded I hit F4 to NOT expand something...like if an expansion is ER turning into emergency room but the dictator said ER and not stated emergency room, the F4 function would stop ER from expanding to emergency room.
