Subject: How do you put this HENT?

Okay.. so this dictation has me stumped... She says this

PHYSICAL EXAM: HEENT: was unremarkable, Neck exam: central venous pressure was approximately 9 centimeters.

My question is.. Even though she says HEENT: was unremarkable.. but then goes on to report the neck? do I just leave it HEENT or would it be HEET? also how would I write this.. do I write it how I have above or would I do it like this .

PHYSICAL EXAM: HEENT was unremarkabe (omitting the :  ) < I made a smilely Lol..

Thanks for the help in advance.
