Two questions on lung cancer patient report

My questions are in two sentences one after the other. Sometimes he says period but then really continues on with the same sentence, so I'm not sure if the first sentence is really a complete sentence or not, so the sentence before basically said a PET scan revealed an increase in the size of the hypermetabolic subcarinal lymph node, consistent with subcarinal metastases.
1. "Stable [s/l lock laid right] pleural fluid thickening, but the associated hypermetabolism has resolved." This could maybe be "stable likely right pleural," but I'm not sure if that makes sense and I think I'm hearing a "d" at the end.
2. "There was a small right level 2 node that has become [s/l non rye valk] consistent with an evolving inflammatory process."

Some carotid artery calcifications in the left carotid area are apparent. Degenerative changes in the thoracic spine and lumbar spine. This is in regards to an elevated hematocrit. The doctor states there is no sign of bleeding and then says what sounds like the "CVA" or something DA -all I can tell is that it seems to end in D, KCDA? Is normal, so that is encouraging as well.
