Pt. has atrial fib. My book doesn't show His "region," but I hear that. It seems as if every, single one of these cath lab reports are totally different. That's the problem to date. Thanks!

I have been stuck on this for so long. The Dr is saying There is extensive adenopathy involving the retroperitoneum, gastrohepatic ligament, peripancreatic region, and polykegel region. I have no idea what he is saying. Does anyone have any ideas?
