Crohn's disease is the correct form
Subject: Crohn's disease is the correct form

Crohn's disease was named after Dr. Burrill B. Crohn, who first described the disease, and along with his colleagues published a paper about the disease.

AAMT has its own UNORTHODOX style of transcription. Transcribed reports should have the same style as the medical text books that MDs follow so that it would be easy on them if they can see a "familiar style" in the text of the reports. AAMT's style differs a lot from the style of the medical text books. No wonder that is causing a burden on the doctors that they have to even emphasize the style in their dictations.

His recent MRA documented a very small basilar tip.  Aneurysm mobilization about 6mm in size.  ***symptomatic from this, relive to this to any intervention probably outweighs by far a list of hemorrhage   *** symptomatic status.  I would advise to repeat MRA in 6 months with follow-up visit at that.   What ever he is saying he is repeating it but I can not make it out.

Gallbladder terms I cannot make out
Subject: Gallbladder terms I cannot make out

Okay, this is always my last recourse.  Doing a gallbladder, common bile duct operating report.  The doctor keeps saying what sounds like "ansystematous, encystatous" describing the gallbladder; I've search everyone under a lot of things and can find nothing.  Also, in the same report he describes coming out of the bile duct he describes what sounds like "perineal bile"; there is no such and nothing that sounds similar.  Any suggestions here?
