Subject: Help with two, please

Rehab doctor dictating:

1) She says the patient has the beginning of a claw hand "affecting the digit S/L EMINAMY on the left." Any ideas?

2) She dictates lab values and says what sounds like "present CK-MB" then "CK-MB" with two different values, like that are two different tests done at once (not in a series). It almost sounds like she is saying "precient CK-MB" but I can't find anything like that.

TIA!
