Help with one word on breast exam, please.

Doctor dictates:

"I think the largest of her multiple breast nodules should be ultrasound core-biopsied in order to exclude the possibility of a Fah-LOI-dees," although given their size, this is unlikely, but given that they have increased in size, it may be possible."

This is the way we have been told to use it.

Patient with breast cancer.

Patient has nipple retraction and s/l tepicular thickening in the posterior region of the right breast. 

PE report - Breast exam normal.  No (undetectable word) or S/L orange. 

Any help out there??? 

Breasts:  Bilaterally without dimpling or retraction.  There are no firm, fixed, or dominant masses.  There is some slight FLYBO or FIBER tender tissue in the upper quadrants bilaterally.  There is no adenopathy.  Nipples are benign.

TI cound not reproduce any pain in the epigastrium or in the subxiphoid area.  There was no s/l bulbar-igmea or abnormal bowel sounds.

HELP!!

The maternal surface is composed of the usual (sounds like caudalidens).  I can't seem to do a successful Google on this. Thanks in advance for your help. 

She still however has the heel pain. The x-ray done last time showed calcifications in the s/l tendanocrastronimus.

Any help with the above term?

an irregular area of enhancement  "demonstrating a suspicious _________ curve adjacent to the tract..."   Sounds like washout?  An area where a prior biopsy had been done. TYIA.

Examination at this time demonstrates diffuse fibronodularity in both breasts.

That's what it sounds like.  Any ideas on what the word could be?

Plastic doc.... Innomed or Innamed breast implants/??

this is a biospy of the breast with pathology report showing

extensive calcified and hyalinized fibroadenomas nodule.  Full size grossing adenosis and foreign body granuloma.

full size/four sides not sure, what this is.  Any ideas?
