For an endo note, in HEENT: "No ocosinoas". Does anyone know what that might be? I spelled it like it sounds. Thanks.

In an otherwise straightforward PE, under HEENT, the dictator says: No lymphadenopathy GODED AND FINETRECHEZMA LINE. Then goes on to the CHEST. Speaking very clearly except for that GODED AND FINETRECHEZMA LINE.
Any suggestions? Sure doesn't sound like "Neck is supple"!
It is a GI Discharge Summary. Tp has GI bleed.
