Subject: Help with 2 s/l - subqurotation & kycactic

Hi there. I'm working on a consult for an ESL doctor & I'm hung up on 2 terms. The consultation report is for rehab & wound care regarding hip surgery for a hip fracture.

#1 - s/l subqurotation. He mentions that the patient has been transferred to the skilled nursing facility for s/l "subqurotation" program and continuation of his medical managment. I've slowed down the dictation & checked out my resources, but can't determine what the word should be.

#2 - s/l kycactic. He is dictating the physical examination & states: ABDOMEN: Soft on palpation. Good bowel sounds. He is "kycactic".

I would appreciate any help you can give me on this.

Thanks.
