Subject: End point or endpoint?
I have done ortho for many years and have always typed "endpoint" but I have noticed on some previous files typed by other MTs they use "end point." My stedman's ortho book lists it as "endpoint" (Lachman has a firm endpoint). Does anyone know which is preferred?

I am not sure which would be correct BOS, Joint Commission or this Institute of Safe Medical Practices, but I can guarantee that this is where the Joint Commission would get their information from, and most hospitals are Joint Commission reviewed and inspected. Clinics, I'm not sure..

Subject: It is checked...doesn't capitalize after well, site, knee, that, health
Sorry to use the word board for this question. I probably should have put it in another forum. Thanks for any suggestions.
If the words well, site, knee, that or health come at the end of a sentence, the next sentence doesn't auto capitalize.
I'll probably just have to very carefully check every sentence throughout the document, since grammar check doesn't want to work properly today. javascript:editor_insertHTML('text','');
