I then entered the space just anterior to the ampulla of the vesae. The vesae were then elevated upwards and divided and both seminal vesicles were then disected out completely. The right seminal vesicle was torn inadvertantly but was completely disected out. I sent this as a seperate specimen. The post seminal vesicles and vesae now completely disected free, I developed the plane posterior to the prostate and anterior to the rectum.

Sometimes you can type a partial phrase and install an asterisk (*) that will bring up a word if it's frequently used with the others. For example, try typing 'Nexium, *, Pepcid and lactose', or something similar, and see if Google brings up a word that it might be in the list of results. Or, type the phrase and put your best guess of how it's spelled, such as 'Frolic', 'Rolic', 'Folex', etc. Sometimes doing something like that, using Google as a Soundex, will bring results.

exactly what she is referring to before making the decision to transcribe bilateral. She may mean bimalleolar (ankle) edema. If that were the case, bilateral ankle edema is very different than bimalleolar edema, which would mean 1 foot versus 2. If you can leave it blank and get a response back, that is the best idea.
