That is exactly how it was dictated.  Should that be 10%:2% or 10%, 2% or 10%/2% or something else altogether?  Thanks.

as in Adie tonic pupil.  I would suggest you consider investing in Stedman's Word books.  It is the first listing in their Ophthalmology book under 'pupil.'

She has a history of cerebellar infarct, (s/l might have been the embolic) and she has been on a combination of Coumadin and Plavix

I can only hear the max and just wondering if anyone could help with a medication for stroke or TIA that ends in max. Thanks!!

I am positive he is saying sugarcane, but I cannot find any documentation anywhere to support this.  I have never heard this used as an anesthetic before.  Am I hearing this correctly?
