OK, I found the illii part.  He is getting "osteo dissecans illii."  I'm leaving it osteo because I don't know if it is osteoarthritis or osteochondritis and it is just his chart note, not a letter or for the hospital.  Why isn't dissecans in Dorland's?  Just one of those ellusive words they missed I guess.  Thanks for all of your help. I probably never would have found dissecans.  I've been doing MT for over 20 years, but ortho just a year.  There's always something new to learn.  Ya gotta love it (or hate it, whichever the case may be)!!
