The use of plus or minus is based on the subjective decision of the examiner. 1/5, 1+/5, 1-/5 These are one over five, one plus over five and one minus over five. The numerator One is Trace strength, Two is poor, Three is Fair, Four is Good, and Five is Normal. A grade of 3/5 means the person can move against gravity. So yes, 4-/5 means Good Minus.

I just can't find this in my resources:
On CT it was a 2.5-cm lobulated density with *s/l glucose aved*, which was read as 70% probability of showing neoplasm.
