osteonecrosis- pt had "a bone scan significant for area of intense focal [s/l bony labeling]"?
Subject: osteonecrosis- pt had "a bone scan significant for area of intense focal [s/l bony labeling]"?
The whole sentence reads thusly:

Thanks in advance for any help.
