Quite easy if they stick to the prescribed "script".  I was used to the CC, HPI etc.  It is quite a "culture shock" to do a SOAP note after that but easy enough and fast enough. Most use their own template etc.

The term I'm hearing sounds like "elegant"  On this report he is saying "elegant REM cycling."   Could the word really be elegant?  What does this mean?  TIA.

For some reason I've drawn a total blank lately on commas.  I'm beginning to question myself.  Have pulled out the college English book and still can't satisfy myself.  "The patient is a pleasant, elderly woman."  Is there a comma between pleasant and elderly or not?  Suddenly commas are so foreboding to me!  What happened?  Somebody help me get my sense back!
