Hey everyone! I need help with my .wav files, they are too scratchy to understand and I was wondering if anyone knows a good way to be able to clean them up or something b/c I can't catch some of the words the dr. is saying. I can't even guess at them. My first file is a discharge summary with the first line being
Principal Diagnosis: End-stage renal disease, (started first) I can't pick up the word he's saying, something like that. I need to know what I can do to get equipment or something so that I can figure out what this idiot is saying. He says um a lot too, it's annoying. I thought dr.'s were supposed to be intelligent.

I can't find anything on it on the internet, so I thought I'd post it on here to see if such a term exists. More than likely, the doc is saying 10 profiles, which I suppose would make sense in reference to a CT scan.
pt obtained CT scan- doc says s/l 10 profiles or maybe kempro files were obtained
