The doc is dictating on the chest x-ray that the _____________ tube appears to be in the esophagus. In the assessment he dictates the _______ appears to be in the esophagus it sounds like he is saying "dopof or dopov?"

I was asked to help in an account I haven't done in a long time, and I'm rusty. Anyone heard of this? The complete sentence is, 'Nutritionally the patient has been supported with a _________ feeding tube.' It sounds like dop-off or daw-paw. Any ideas? THANKS!

Same procedure:
The "Me-TOCK-a" holder was used, and then the first thing we did was make a curvilinear right frontal scalp incision with the midportion of the skin incision at the midline and the trajectory of the skin incision such that it could be extended to do a right frontoparietal craniotomy should this have to be done in the future.
Have checked Stedman's Med/Surg words, Neurosurg words, Google using wildcards, framing words, etc., cannot work my way to these. Thank you for any help.
