 Probably too late for this message, but wanted to give you an FYI - I have several doctors who say "fifty, five zero" hoping  the transcriptionst understands they are saying 50 rather than 15

 lateral ventricle, the doctor states I believe.   But, this does not make sense to me.  However, I am feeling rather stupid today so am probably wrong.  Anyone know if extraocular dilation makes sense?  It is not extraaxial I am fairly certain after listening to him 100 times.   It sounds like the doctor says MIL-IAS nystagmus were my blank is can't verify any suggestions?---. In general, the patient is a very pleasant 60-year-old white female in no apparent distress.  Pupils are equal and reactive to light bilaterally.  Extraocular movements are intact.  ___ patients oropharynx which appears to be within normal limits. nystagmus   /nm

 I can't tell what this guy is saying!  The first sentence...Neck was not stiff....is very clear.  Can't tell if a period goes after stiff because then I hear jumbled words something about...to the stagmus...but stagmus isn't a real word. 
 Looking around there is stuff about stiff neck and nystagmus.   
 Does anyone have a suggestion as to what this guy might be saying.  It sound somewhat like the sentence below...what would DB possible be?
