This is what I am hearing.  Does this make sense/look correct?  This MD likes to make every word short and sweet.... but I get so confused where to put it all.  Thank you.

EXTREMITIES:  There is edema of the right ankle at the site of fracture times two.  Trace to 1+ on the left, significantly diminished pulses equal 0-1 DP and PT lower extremities bilaterally.  Normal upper. 

Dr is saying Extremities: No cyanosis, clubbing or edema.  S/L" SETs" or SVTs are in fact in place.

In the extremities exam: There is a notable s/L leglang discrepency and a positive external rotation.

Extremities:  Full range of motion.  No s/l testing, rash or tremor. 

She has 1-2+ edema bilaterally in the ankle and s/l kalai region.  TIA.

The right lower extremity has this marked amoutn of heat and "resider endeposation" in the anterior aspect of the right leg.

Again, any help please . . . .

Diagnosis of acute right middle cerebral artery ischemic cerebral infarction and acute right internal carotid artery and right middle cerebral artery occlusion.

In exam, he says:

He has flaccid left hemiplegia of the left upper and lower extremities that does ______ (rep/rub) on the left on plantar response.

In view of the ___________ (rep/rub cuff/calf) it was felt that the patient would benefit from full anticoagulation for a short term.

Any help on this would be appreciated.  Thanks.

The blank sounds like pneumovac.  Can anyone help me verify or give any suggestions.

There is some bony "remodeling" over the PIP joint.  Does anyone know what this means and is "remodeling" the proper word?

The trapezoid bone is a bone in the distal row of the carpus; it articulates with the second metacarpal.

Regarding the upper GI study: Findings of three important things, some strictures

with delayed stomach emptying, ___ waves, and suggestion of

gastroesophageal strictures. It kind of sounds like tur-to-ry or perhaps it starts with a "D" but I am coming up empty handed. Thank you!
