to research this myself. It's not just something I knew. I didn't find it in my medical books, and found it googling thumbs-up sign and something similar to your s/l. I just took a wild guess it might be the same as a thumbs-up sign because that was logical.

Pre and postoperative diagnosis is Two ??_______ of scalp. It sounds like it starts with a W. The operation is excision of these two things. A small incision is made over each one and they are extracted. s/l maybe wins or wans.

Scalp:  I palpated all around his scalp.  He is bald as an egg.  There are no masses, lumps, s/l BOSSES, cuts, bruises, or any other abnormalities.  There are no maneuvers, which would precipitate the discomfort.


I thought maybe bumps, but I can't get that out of it.   Thanks for any help.

The incisions associated with replacement of the stimulator, in the thoracic incision and the left buttock incision where the generator is, are somewhat tender.  There is no overlying skin reaction.  There is no warmth, no ? food ?collection. 


Could food collection be correct? I have never heard this doctor say this, and he is a mumbler.  Thank you!
