"I would consider changing Norvasc to Cardizem as it has better effect on "papynuria" and patient's Diabetes Mellitus."

Please help. And feel free to change the "p" to any other letter. This is a bad tape. Thank you.

Oh, the only thing that I found that is remotely close on a google search is "papin urea", but it seems to be two different ingredients in shampoo.

Please help. Sounds like "hysteromensal"

"Recent laboratory testing revealed a mildly elevated TSH and a prolactin level of 51.1 along with a “hysteromensal” level of 35. Testosterone and DHEA sulfate levels were within normal limits.

The diagnosis is oligomenorrhea. This is the worst tape I have ever heard, so please stretch if you have to because I could be totally wrong about the sounds like. Thanks and happy holidays!

I don't have an endocrinology book but maybe you all can help.

Lady has an adrenal mass, predominantly fatty tissue, probably most consistent with a myelolipoma.

Her TSH is normal. I see some _AN__ cortisol levels and I presume this is considered to be nonfunctional.

He seems to be spelling this out as in A, N.  This doctor also stutters some.
