I've never had any trouble with his particular doctor. I must be having a bad day toda.
The patient subsequently had a CT scan of the abdomen and pelvis which showed that she had evidence of an ileus versus s/l dysabowel obstruction. During her hospitalization, she was put on s/l Neupraoil. She was treated conservatively by the s/l compression in her stomach with s/l NJ removal of gastric contents.
