Morning all! Transcribing for ENT and she states: She is status post right vocal cord biopsy on 11/15/07. Pathology was s/l ja lot nalosis polyp. She has a similar spot on the left anterior tonsillar fossa that we are following.
I thought perhaps it was gel polyp...cannot find a definite either way. Also looking for med Qtech?

Using formal surgical technique, complete excision of this lesion was performed while taking care to protect as much normal epithelium and underlying superficial lamina propria as possible
The FORMAL could also sound a little bit like funnel or fur-nel?? I don't think formal is right, but not sure what I am hearing.
