Subject: ENT help -
Doc is dictate an OP note while eating. It sounds like he is saying , "A fatty mass, consistent with a lipoma, was excised from the subcapsular plane and sent out for pathology." The excision was made off the left forehead. Questioning whether subcapsular makes sense in this setting. Thanks!
