I don't have much to go on since it is in a list. Much of the report deals with arthritis....I'm not sure if that would be of any help or not.

The past medical history is HIV, hepatitis C, underlying asthma, and gastroesophageal reflux disease.
The drug sounds like cyclobid 1 tablet b.i.d. It is as clear as anything but can't document it anywhere. He kind of botches drug names up sometimes so wondering if this is the case here.

'Kay this might sound like I am ignorant, but I"m either not hearing correctly or my hearing is going, let alone that is is raining and I'm fighting to keep my eyes open!..... Icame across a very plain speaking doctor stating in an H&P in the ALLERGIES portion of the report and he says a medication that s/l "IMEPERSOL or MEPERSOL". I have looked everywhere and cannot find anything even remotely close to this. Any suggestions???

It was a pleasure to see this patient back in pediatric rheumatology clinic in followup of her recent hospitalization and newly diagnosed lupus. She has been doing quite well on prednisone 20 mg 3 times a day. She is also on enalapril 5 mg a day and Prilosec. She takes one gram of s/l selsec twice a day and is on calcium and a multivitamin and a vitamin D.

Pretty sure the *sequellay* is supposed to mean something to do w/ a bone infection.
We are placing the patient on oral antibiotics for the treatment of possible bony infection. The patient was sent today to (removed) for x-ray evaluation of the right foot. The patient is aware of his diagnosis and the possible *sequellay*.

I think it's just an English word or words.

He's trying to say this so carefully it's unbelievable, but I don't know this in-portient drug study phase terminology, and so I can't even find a reference to 10-15 or 10:15, even though I can find articles about an IV carbamazepine drug study.
