Pretty sure the *sequellay* is supposed to mean something to do w/ a bone infection.
We are placing the patient on oral antibiotics for the treatment of possible bony infection. The patient was sent today to (removed) for x-ray evaluation of the right foot. The patient is aware of his diagnosis and the possible *sequellay*.
Health problems list is: Arthritis, diabetes, gout, MI, heart murmur, hypertension, hyperlipidemia.

'Kay this might sound like I am ignorant, but I"m either not hearing correctly or my hearing is going, let alone that is is raining and I'm fighting to keep my eyes open!..... It was a pleasure to see this patient back in pediatric rheumatology clinic in followup of her recent hospitalization and newly diagnosed lupus. She has been doing quite well on prednisone 20 mg 3 times a day. She is also on enalapril 5 mg a day and Prilosec. She takes one gram of s/l selsec twice a day and is on calcium and a multivitamin and a vitamin D.

I think it's just an English word or words.

He's trying to say this so carefully it's unbelievable, but I don't know this in-portient drug study phase terminology, and so I can't even find a reference to 10-15 or 10:15, even though I can find articles about an IV carbamazepine drug study.

Here's part of the report: Status post left hepatic lobectomy, isolated segment V resection and radiofrequency ablation of five additional lesions with multifocal metastatic colorectal cancer. She is restarting her penetameb and Xeloda. she has also had TheraSphere treatment.
