and need a word. It sounds like he is saying S/L "stereo pear" Here is the sentence. He says it twice and listened and he has it in further reports. Help please. Thanks in advance.
An #11 blade was then used to make a small incision and the #8 gauge mammotome was placed into the breast in the specified coordinates. A stereo___________ showed adequate placement of this. A fired positioned stereo ______ was then taken.

Hope someone can help. He is saying dermatotomy. Can find dermatome, which is an instrument, but i think this means small cuts. Is this actually a word?
