Recurrent ovarian cancer currently with symptomatic ascites and decreased urine output. It is likely that the patient is currently "A-THIRD-SPACING" from her ascites and is somewhat intravascularly depleted. We will therefore admit the patient for IV fluid hydration and give her a liter bolus.

Two questions on lung cancer patient report
Subject: Two questions on lung cancer patient report
My questions are in two sentences one after the other. Sometimes he says period but then really continues on with the same sentence, so I'm not sure if the first sentence is really a complete sentence or not, so the sentence before basically said a PET scan revealed an increase in the size of the hypermetabolic subcarinal lymph node, consistent with subcarinal metastases.
1. "Stable [s/l lock laid right] pleural fluid thickening, but the associated hypermetabolism has resolved." This could maybe be "stable likely right pleural," but I'm not sure if that makes sense and I think I'm hearing a "d" at the end.
2. "There was a small right level 2 node that has become [s/l non rye valk] consistent with an evolving inflammatory process."

breast cancer - type of tumor
Subject: breast cancer - type of tumor
The lady who is doing well after her left partial mastectomy and sentinel lymph node biopsy. All three sentinel lymph nodes were negative for malignancy. In the partial mastectomy, __scarsman__ II tumors were identified. The first was an invasive carcinoma, moderately differentiated, measuring 1.5 centimeters in maximum dimension associated with DCIS which was also of intermediate nuclear grade.
I have looked under types of tumor, and googled it under different terms and cannot come up with anything. I'm probably not even close!
Thanks for your help!

Subject: Is your patient a male? There are male sounds and female sounds. sm
Male sounds are shaped differently than female sounds. Obviously, male sounds being longer. They are used to dilate the urethra in order to facilitate the passage of stones or perhaps JJ stents etc. They come in different diameters ie..18FR, 20FR etc. Hope this helps.
