Subject: Dis- or dys- coordination
Hello! Doing a child development center report - no diagnosis. Doctor repeatedly says "discoordination/discoordinated," and I cannot find this term in any medical reference or dictionary - maybe yet another made-up term? Anyhow, my dilemma - should I type this using dis- or dys-? Anyone ever come across this before?
Exact Sentence: ........ and she seemed to have hypotonia, discoordination, and possible dyspraxia of movement with a mild action tremor.
I appreciate your feedback - Thanks in advance.
