I have a dictator that dictated in two different reports.. "No CVA angle tenderness." and the same dictator in another report states "No CV angle tenderness." I am confused as to which is the correct way ?

The company MedicAlert (1 word) has a trademark emblem/bracelet; that is the most common one used. But, there's an org in Canada, Med-Alert, that supplies medical alert bracelets, and another, 911MedAlert, that I found. If any of that helps! :)
