Neuro - not sure if I have this right - sensation testing of diabetic sm
Subject: Neuro - not sure if I have this right - sensation testing of diabetic sm
Usually this doc says something along the lines of monofilament testing is intact, which is also how the other docs have dictated it to one degree or another.
However, this time he says, "a nylon string test reveals s/l 5 point of sensation on both feet."
Don't know if it should be 5 points of sensation, 5-point sensation, or if it's simply 5.0 sensation. Is anyone aware of how to type this?
Thanks for any help with this.
