You need to correlate the correct abbreviations with the patient's medical history, eg. does the patient have diabetes, high cholesterol, etc.

I have searched and searched and listened and listened and just can't get this one. Help please! Doctor is from India and has an accent. It might be "cell" or something. Any advice would be great. If you notice any other errors, please inform.
His initial evaluation with electrocardiogram and blood work to include CK-MB and troponin levels were okay. He was recommended to adjust his insulin better and was sent home on Sunday morning. He has been taking ten units of Lantus since then. Sugar (s/l seldrums) were 90/100. Prior to this episode, he had a few days of hypoglycemia which would not get corrected even after drinking Coke. He was taking twenty units of Lantus.

Here are some uncommon ones that might help in the future. Monocular visual field. Visual field superior 36 taped-and-untaped (checking for lid droop). Mac-to-red visual field (macular threshold to red, for patients that use Plaquenil). Hope this helps.

everyone going by their own rules. There is no consistency. And thanks to that we're now pretty much considered non professionals IMO. I say bring on the mandatory licensing/certification to bring the professionalism back to the field!
