The doctor dictates "the patient pushed for 2 hours with adequate maternal effort.  There was minimal (s/l) "transcessation"   It sounds close to that, but can't get it......any ideas?  Thanks!

The patient is a G1, P0 at 40 weeks plus 4 days, s/l Vye el equals 35-week ultrasound.

Dictator says GCCT negative, and I have to expand the abbreviation, and I cannot find anything in my abbrev. books.  This is in the lab testing where they talk about the patient having an O positive blood type, rubella immune, GBBS negative, then she says GCCT or GC CT negative.  Can anyone tell me how to expand GCCT?

The cord was double clamped and cut and the infant was taken to stabelette?? for evaluation.  I'm pretty sure what he is saying is not stabelette (s/l stable-let) but that is what it sounds like.

When typing a delivery report what does it mean when they say P1001. I think the first is the pregnancy, but what do the other numbers stand for?

C-section findings listed "clear fluid with (s/) nicouette delivery."

This is the context of the report.  It sounds just like Waddellian.  He says this quite a bit and it stumps me every time....
