DNR

Just got a QA report back with 0.25 point value taken away. This is my question. The doc said on a main heading "Advanced directive/Code status", then said: DNR. I expanded like this: Do Not Resuscitate. QA sent back a correction to read: DO NOT RESUSCITATE.

I checked the AAMT BOS, and the client profile, as well as Google searched. I cannot find anywhere that says that it should ALL BE IN CAPS. Can someone help me here, cuz I don't want to lose points for nothing!
