Would my guess work? I just checked my Sloan Medical Abbreviations and Eponyms book and found neither "PHPI" nor "CHPI" listed. These abbreviations can be soooo difficult!
More info? Medical conditions, context of drug, there are many sound alikes that are VERY different!

There is a brand Double-J stent and then there is J&J stent (Johnson and Johnson).
