A lot say that one all the time, type it in that way and "poof" the whole word pops up. Those expander programs totally rock. My sad-sack goal is to someday look like one of those ultra-cool court stenographers.

they put in tissue expanders before actually doing the tissue expansion in which patients return for fills to the expanders until they are at a proper volume, usually at which point the expanders get changed out for permanent implants (gel or saline).

Hi, Could anyone tell me, please, where I can download a GOOD, but CHEAP Medical spellchecker and word expander program? I just got a new computer with Vista and my Shortcuts program or dictionary (Dorland's) will not work.
