This is in an operative note and he says it (mumbles it) twice, the first time is in the findings: Confluence **in-sunning thorough** associated with facet cyst, left-sided, at L5-S1.
The second time is in the body of the OP: There was a confluence of the lateral dura and facet cyst, with effacement of the dura and **in-sunning**. At this point.... All help appreciated!
