The doctor is giving a list of the patient's problems and says for one of the items "right pneumothorax, [from a blev?]" I'm stumped, but I'm also tired and could be missing something obvious. Any ideas?

Patient had therapeutic thoracentesis and 1 liter fuid drained. Could the doc want the lab tests to evaluate for new occult anemia I wonder? I will flag this one and just go with this.
